• Use them in client work — you may deliver finished designs to clients
• Create digital products, ebooks, courses and print-on-demand designs that you sell
• Use the ChatGPT and Midjourney prompts for any personal or commercial project
• Follow the playbooks to build and monetise faceless channels and side hustles
• Keep the files forever, on as many of your own devices as you like

You cannot ✗

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the templates, prompt libraries or guides — edited or not, in whole or in part
• Upload them to template marketplaces, Etsy, Gumroad, file-sharing sites or "free resources" groups
• Bundle the raw files into your own "template pack" or "prompt pack" product
• Use the files to train AI models or datasets
• Claim the original templates or prompt libraries as your own creation
