Refund & Return Policy

Betaallink (betaallink.myshopify.com) sells digital products only (templates, prompt libraries, guides and other downloadable files). Because nothing physical is shipped, there is nothing to "return" — but we do offer a refund guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of the order date and we will refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.
To request a refund, email lynch@promptiify.net with:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
We reply to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights (EU / UK customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content. By downloading or accessing the files you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day statutory withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery has begun. Our 30-day guarantee above goes beyond this and applies regardless.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Access problems
If a download link fails, a file is corrupted, or you cannot access part of the bundle, contact us first — we will re-send the files or fix the access within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve it, you will receive a full refund.
Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve every legitimate refund request directly and far faster than a chargeback process.
